Cayman Islands Luxury Resorts

Choose the Cayman Islands if you crave a getaway with a relaxing pace. Be pampered at a Grand Cayman luxury resort, take a sailboat excursion to one of the smaller islands, go snorkeling in the crystal clear sea. The Caymans have a reputation for safety; the population is fairly affluent.

On Little Cayman island, which is popular with birdwatchers and nature-lovers, you'll find the Little Cayman Beach Resort.  The hotel offers good dive packages, and sits on a protected bay. The resort has 40 rooms. some arranged around the pool, others on the ocean. Little Cayman Island has 21 miles of pretty coastline and the third largest bird sanctuary in the Caribbean.

The islands that make up the Caymans are Grand Cayman, Little Cayman, and Cayman Brac. On Grand Cayman, check into the Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman; it is just about the most luxurious resort in the Caymans. Every aspect is superlative - even the plantings and flowering vines are exceptional. The pretty Britannia Golf Course is part of the complex. The super luxury rooms are set apart in the exclusive Regency Club section.

Things to see: the Cayman Turtle Farm, where hatchling and yearling turtles are nurtured and released, and the noisy blowholes near Old Isaac Village, where the seawater shoots up like geysers.

The Westin Casuarina Resort and Spa, on Grand Cayman, delivers true luxury, and is right across the road from The Links at Safehaven, an 18-hole championship golf course. The bathrooms have huge marble tubs;  the ocean view rooms are the best.
The Georgetown Casuarina Resort and Spa is located in the heart of Grand Cayman on Seven-Mile Beach. The resort received an award for its excellence when it was named to Condé Nast Traveler’s 2002 Gold List. The resort has a beach stand offering various activities for its guests such as snorkeling and wave runners. Another highlight of the resort is its oversize pool with swim up bar. The resort includes the only 4 star restaurant on the island, and also a spa.

The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman
This resort is one of the most elegant hotels located on Seven Mile Beach. The Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman extends on 144 acres from the Caribbean Sea to the North Sound. Each room is built and tailored to give each guest a unique sense of luxury. The resort prides itself on exceeding guest expectations in service and quality. The resort has five restaurants and a tennis center designed by Nick Bollettieri. A golf course designed by Greg Norman surrounds the resort. Also included on the resort is La Prairie Spa.
